"Honestly, the best customer service I've ever had. The employees give honest feedback and extra attentive to everyone in the store. And when trying to find a product online or any other store in the country, they work above and beyond tracking the perfect Jean down. Also worked extra fast so I could get out of the store to make it to my appointment. Plus, their donating Jean's program is awesome! I love this store. Especially this location. They always take care of me. Thank you, Madewell. And, in response to the crowd in the store, I agree but only on weekends which is understandable! It's a downtown location. If you go on weekdays its great and you get all their attention :)"
