"Stopped in here 11/8/23, store was well stocked with everything from your causal outfits to all of your holiday needs. Great new fun colors. Sales associate was great! Very friendly and offered outfit ideas, as well as made sure that I knew about all of their specials. Offered to get me different sizes, and even suggested jewelry and boots! Didn’t leave empty handed and felt like I was able to get a lot for my money. Very nice shopping experience! Thank you! I’ll be back."
"Yes, I read some of the other reviews but decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did!! The selection was so pretty and the sales assoc. were incredibly kind and helpful. "I used to frequent this Maurices at Cascade Station all the time. The staff & customer service used to be really great. Then all of a sudden I noticed an increase in staff members and the customer service went significantly down hill and took a turn for the worse. The regular ladies I had always interacted with were not there anymore. It was very disappointing because I had enjoyed shopping there. But now I don't go to this establishment anymore and I would not recommend it to anyone else. Plus if you have a charge card with Maurices, Comennity Bank is who they affiliate with, and Comennity Bank is Absolutely Horrible. It's really sad that good customer service these days are a thing of the past."

"My wife has always loved Maurice’s and has had amazing customer service until today. We walked in at 7:40 today as we were shopping for my wife’s birthday. Online the hours state they are open til 9pm. We understand if they are not, but the minute we walked in, the first thing the sales lady stated was they were closing in 20min. I understand hours are needed, but am shocked that during a time of inflation, a stored marked to sell, would have employees so quick to make shopping customers feel so u welcome and not wanted. No worries, Nordstrom rack happily accommodated my wife’s shopping spree!!"
