McDonald's

"Rarely open for breakfast. I went there at 0630 and they were still closed. I used the app to order my breakfast and it accepted my order. Then when I went to the drive through, they were closed. Happened on multiple occasions."

"This location McDonald's is alright, in my opinion.. I've had not the best experience with the customer service at this location multiple times over.. but the food is... Well... McDonald's food.. they usually get my special request orders correct and are relatively speedy in doing so.. the lobby is updated and modernized.. and by that I mean theyve taken the people or the "customer service" out of the mix basically... If you're lucky, when you go in the lobby, you'll be able to catch a glimpse, and possibly even talk to a worker... They encourage the use of their ordering machines, which obviously do everything from ordering, to taking your money (via debit/credit/gift card only, NO cash..) what else can I say...?? It's McDonald's...... also, you HAVE to purchase something and you have to ask to use the restroom and even then, it's their discretion if they want to allow you to use their bathrooms... And they say it's because of people doing drugs in their restroom or just homeless people going in there... But I'm neither a drug addict nor am I homeless... And I definitely don't feel like I look the part of either of those labels.... (Which definitely makes one feel just great when you are denied the use of a 'public restroom') ★ SIDE NOTE- McDonald's HACK: If you want FRESH super hot french fries, just be sure to ask for NO SALT FRIES, and then, they'll drop a new basket of fries everytime.. and then, soon as you receive your order of fresh, hot fries, just simply ask for a salt packet or two and you're SET...!! (You're welcome ahead of time...!!)"

"Tried to order in the app. Didn't work. Ordered at the drive thru, cashier double checked to make sure it was correct. Then we pull up to pick up our order. The young man at the window looked a bit bewildered at the screen, then proceeds to hand out drinks. Another worker says (several times) "It's half sweet tea. Did you make it half sweet?" He ignores him and continues on. Hands us two bags of food. We check, and most of our stuff is there, except for a missing pie. But there are two extra sandwiches and the tea was unsweetened. We didn't have time to go back, but, really?"

"I’m gonna rant. But a positive one. 9/26/23 At 8:30 am there was a line almost to the road I pull up to the intercom and found out there were 3 people working! The three ladies working showed nothing but composure and did absolutely great at making sure every customer was happy. I worked in food service 10 years ago and personally, what they displayed is something I couldn’t manage well during that kind of situation.. these ladies deserve a bonus having to pick up slack due to people either calling out or not showing up ( I don’t know the details). This was just absolutely amazing leadership and just all around great professionalism and there."
