"Great fish. Great tartar. One out of the three orders of fries that were overdone. Without calling ahead, we walked in & was out the door in ≈15 minutes. The woman at the counter was helpful & friendly."

"I went in last Sunday .. the 31st and received the WORST service ever from this kid separating fish. Not only did he refuse service to me but after when I got my food my burger was undercooked so much so to where I had gotten sick as well as my poor grandmother. My grandmother and I always go in to yobys for our Sunday girls day and we have always received the best service from this young gal up front and the usual ladies. There was a nice young man with glasses and if it wasn't for him and the young gal who had helped us we wouldn't have even ate there. I hope the owner sees how her customers are being treated by this fella and changes the situation as he is rude and is making people sick by not cooking the burgers correctly."

"I haven't been here in years... I decided to check them out again. Being consistent when the food is good is what you want... Excellent fries -- but eat them while they are hot... like many other places, these get gross after cooling down after a few hours -- a microwave doesn't help. The fish is great... as is the slaw and tarter sauce -- which is distinctive -- not over pickley, hints of citrus (but that might be my imagination) and the same formula/recipe they have had for decades. They still sell the McDinkie hamburger -- small but good. It's expensive -- it's spendy wherever you go out for fish -- but it's always a nice treat every so often."

"I got a two piece meal which was $19 to begin with. I got it to go and when I got home to eat it, I found that the first piece was really dry but cooked. The second piece was pink inside and it was not Salmon. I asked for the Halibut. Needless to say I will never go to this establishment again. This is sad because it used to be a really good place to go for fish and chips. I have lived here for 40 years and have never had food this bad. This used to be a very good place to eat fish and chips. Not now."
