"It should not take over 15 minutes for a small order when they aren't that busy, especially after ordering ahead of time. I watched a few other orders get made and handed out before mine. So much for fast food."

"Placed a mobile order, pull up to drive through and say I have a mobile order. I get told to wait as they are back up, I again said I have a mobile order and was told a second time to wait. Knowing they already have my order I pulled forward. Got told at the window the kitchen is behind on orders and to please pull around. I've been waiting for 10 minutes and still no food maybe you guys should hire more people if your that short staffed you can't handle 3 people inside and 3 people in drive thru. There is now 8 cars lined up so much for fast food"

"When you go for chicken fries and chicken nuggets and get parked every single time for over 5+ minutes no matter the day; don’t call yourself fast food. They are supposed to be made ahead of time and sitting in a heat rack for easy and fast service, and also do not take 5 minutes to cook."

"Very friendly worker behind the counter. Although her appearance wasn’t what we expected, she was extremely friendly and courteous. Took our order quickly and asked multiple times if we needed any extra condiments. The order was fulfilled very quickly. Within about 3-5 minutes. For a Burger King, this was a decent location to stop and order at."

"We were able to order quickly, they were patient with my grandbabies ordering their food and were very friendly. We especially loved that our food was fresh and hot. The cheesy tots were delicious. Thank you for a great lunch"
