"We dined inside at Panera Bread. The cashier was very nice and kept the place clean. I ordered through the app but talked to her in the restaurant. My biggest issue was the new Smoky Buffalo Chicken melt. It’s the least amount of meat I’ve ever received on a foot long sandwich! Take a look at the photos I uploaded. I took it back up to the kitchen and asked, where’s the chicken? She said that it was all that you get. I couldn’t believe it. I thought for sure that someone made a mistake. I used a fork and moved the chicken down to the end of the bread (see 2nd photo). It ended up being a very thin amount of chicken for a 1/3 of the bread. There would need to be 6 to 9 times more chicken for this to be a proper sandwich. I’ve never felt so ripped off when buying a sandwich. I don’t mind paying more for food, but you have to actually serve some food. I cut off the empty 2/3 of the bread and threw it in the trash. I’ll never be back. I don’t want a gift card; I want a refund!"

"Picked up 3 Fuji Apple salads for takeout and 2/3 of them didn’t have any chicken in them at all. Unfortunately, didn’t realize this until we were almost 20 min away. Visited this one several times but Unfortunately, there is always something wrong with/missing from the order or they’re out of what we specifically had come for, like the Butternut Acorn Squash Soup, a seasonal item, for example. We were told we’d have to wait an hour before the next batch would be ready to serve. Love Panera, but sadly, this Kelso, WA location is a miss."

"First thing was that 2 of the kiosks were not working which isn’t a huge deal but is inconvenient. Secondly they were out of so many things it was hard to get exactly what you want and they had no side baguette. Then I go to get a drink and none have the fountain drinks had any carbonation at all. Then I get my food and my half Cesar that I spent over $7 on was the smallest salad I have ever seen. Overall everything a way overpriced and this was my first time at this Panera and my worst experience too."

"Made a stop here to do some homework when our power went out. I ordered a 1/2 salad and a drink and it was $15. The server was less than enthusiastic. The rest was clean and quiet though."
