"Best services! I ordered a caramel latte at the store by Gate C17. Found it to be a bit too sweet (what was I expecting from caramel tho?) so the guy immediately got me a new one for free, apologized, and even refunded me the original charge."

"Ordered a white chocolate mocha with breve. It accidentally got ordered half sweet and I didn’t see. When I got my drink I could tell it wasn’t right so I asked for it to be remade with white mocha because I couldn’t taste any. The blonde barista who was nice at first got really upset with me for telling her it wasn’t made right and when I asked for it to be remade she literally threw my drink and made a much bigger deal of it than it needed to be. Come to find out her coworker had taken my order wrong. Super lame honestly. Will not be coming back. Left in tears because she told her coworkers to make my drink extra sweet because “I can’t taste white chocolate” and my remade drink was terribly sweet even though I said I didn’t want it to be extra sweet just normal. I wasn’t about to ask a 3rd time after the way she made me, and her coworkers feel. Just disrespectful."
"My wife enjoyed the coffee. Purchased a Hydro Flask. Decent coffee for the price. I'm not a coffee drinker. Should have included a free small coffee with purchase. Definitely would have made it a nice bonus."
