"We stopped by and this Girl took our order not very personable not a problem then she says 10.70 no problem I give my card get my drinks and leave. When we get back home 2 hours away I have a charge for 11.70 this is a Fireable offense. She was a little look at window I should have known something was wrong but didn’t ask for signature or anything. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL"
"I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros and usually have a good experience with them. This location needs some improvement though. Service was really slow considering how many people were working. Once we got to the window the server verified our order three times and still tried to hand us the wrong beverage. If I'm ever back in Astoria I'll give them another try."
"I went to Dutch Bros in Astoria & bought a 16oz. Mocha for 4 dollars & some change then I went to a Dutch Bros in Longview & bought the same 16oz. mocha it was 5 dollars & some change. Are your stores franchises?"
"We come here quite often...The music is to loud, we have to yell to place our order. They always mess up on our order somehow, we order it with whip cream every time. They forget. They are to busy talking to one another and dancing or singing to the music. I prefer the one in Seaside but it's a little out of the way."
