"The Designs by Gazzardo's fall bouquet sent to me by my son in CO for Thanksgiving was magnificent! The deep burgundy mums and other burgundy flowers provided a stunning contrast to the golden yellow roses and the golden sunflowers. What a gift!"

"Roses delivered for Valentine's Day. Several of the roses were MOLDY and breaking off the stems. I called immediately (9:30 AM) and was told a new delivery would be sent out before I left my office for the day. They said delivery would be made by 3:00 PM. It's now 5:00 PM, no flowers and nobody answers the phone. I have emailed and sent FB message with no reply. I get it, it's a busy day, but why would a florist send out MOLDY flowers?"

"Edit: After I spoke with Guzzardo's over facebook messenger yesterday (message them for a quick response, they don't tend to answer the phone) They apologized and promised to make it right, and DID THEY! Less than 24 hours after letting them know about my concerns I received a new upgraded arrangement of hot pink roses that is breathtaking AND chocolate truffles. They have assuredly won back our business and made me feel very loved. Thank you for making it more than right Guzzardos~ Original Post: I just received a large bouquet of two dozen pink roses from my husband for our wedding anniversary. As soon as I picked up the delivery box to bring them in our home I was overwhelmed with the stench of cigarettes. The box stinks, all the roses stink and now even my hands stink! I am assuming the delivery driver was smoking the entire way here. Regardless, I am disgusted by the smell and the lovely floral fragrance is ruined. I absolutely hate the scent of cigarettes. Lastly, two of the rose heads are already bent and the stems are snapped! See the photo for a close up of the condition and one of the broken stems. The rest of them look okay (a little brown already), but I don't think my husband intended for me to receive stinky broken flowers."

"I had to order a funeral spray for my best friend. Although I used 1800flowers it was sent to Designs by Guzzardo’s. I received the spray and it was beautiful however it was not the size that I paid for. The delivery person called the owner directly they took back the spray, redid it it to accommodate the correct size and redelivered. They also gave me a small little gift as an apology. The funeral flowers were absolutely beautiful and the delivery and customer service Was top notch and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use this company in the future. The designs are absolutely spectacular. First picture is the first spray the second is the redone."
