"Placed an order with Alfa flower for my mother’s birthday. Delivery was sent to her work place. Customer service was brief. I called in to see if they can change the date of delivery which she said it was possible. It went okay. My review is solely based on the arrangements of florals and size descriptions, comparing the standard, deluxe and premium sizes for the flowers that Alfa offers. We placed an order for the premium size and it is the biggest size out of three. The length and height list that it is 12’’ in height and width. What’s disappointing and frustrating is that for $115 ... I could’ve done this myself from supplies at dollar store or Walmart and it would’ve been bigger! It’s so small that I can’t even image how the standard sizes look like. Totally a disappointment. I measured the size of the bouquet over and over again in which the height didn’t even reach 12’’ as listed! 0 stars from me and I wish I could get a refund because I spent $185 with the flowers, teddy bear, ballon and chocolates... it’s just unbelievable of what I received in reality! Definitely does NOT match the description at all!"
