"Called to order a custom arrangement for my daughter's birthday on May 5th No one was available to answer my call . I understand they are very busy with Mother's Day orders and was happy to wait for a call back. Whoever called me back was rushed and abrupt I wanted to know if I could order a small arrangement, rather than be limited to what was available on line. I proposed my price point and was sarcastically informed that I could "maybe get 2-3 flowers for that price" The person proceeded to tell me they didn't know what supply they will be getting, not enough supply for demand, blah blah blah. Very rude, unwilling to help, unprofessional. Searched for and found another florist who was willing to listen to me and work within my budget."
"My wife and I worked with Greg Johnson and Norm Schmidt for our wedding in Madison and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. We met with Greg a few months before and our wedding and he helped us pick out some arrangements that we liked and worked best for our venue. The morning of the wedding they picked up fresh flowers from a local farmer's market. Norm delivered the flowers on time and helped our wedding party and parents pin on all the corsages and boutonnieres. Our wedding turned out beautifully. We give Greenfield Flower Shop our highest recommendation. Thank you again Greg and Norm!"
"February 2008 GFS did my wedding flowers; 2 large arrangements and the bridal bouquet. Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful. When they delivered the flowers to the hall they even helped the my family decorate and gave them pointers on decor and how to more easily tie ribbon to balloons! They went above and beyond! I also ordered an arrangement for a funeral in 2013. That too was absolutely perfect; simple yet elegant."
