"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS WHO WOULDN’T KNOW HOW TO PEST CONTROL IF A MANUAL HIT THEM IN THE FACE!! I’m at a loss for words right now about this “company” Everyone told me to call ORKIN but I wanted to give the NEW guys a try. We CAUGHT MICE USING OUR OWN CATCHMATER TRAPS; GREENIX $600 TRAPS CAUGHT NOTHING!!!They’re unprofessional and unpredictable and untrustworthy people. They BRAG of this 4-5 STEP process charging you $589 and BARELY completing step 1 and then REFUSING to explain the actual process. Nor did they leave paperwork or explanatory information or instructions. I’m literally appalled. I called to inquire about my inconsistent experience and my lack of getting ANY type of information from the guy the company sent; needless to say I got NO answers. This guy puts me on hold, comes back and says “uh yeah that’s not how things should’ve went, my boss said to give you a partial refund”… I’m like WHAT?!? Instead of explaining the process you just say F the process here’s “Partial Refund” for the $600 you have ALREADY spent!! Like what?!? If you don’t want to answer customer BASIC QUESTIONS then at LEAST have the decency to APOLOGIZE and give them a FULL REFUND!! Like seriously?!? How dare you!!"
