"We had a septic backup issue in our basement. We called Servpro on a late Friday and they were there the next morning getting our lower level dry, cleaned up, the damaged drywall removed and also taking care of any potential issues with bacteria from our backed up septic. The team they brought was very friendly and they explained what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They also brought out humidifiers and fans and did a really nice job on drying everything out, cleanup and communication throughout the whole process. This was a claim through our insurance and they did 99% of the communication with our insurance provider (West Bend) and there were zero issues on cost, price or what was done.
