E-Z Window Cleaning Waukesha

"We hired this company in August to clean our windows. We have a baby that just left the NICU and we just moved to the area, so we were excited to hire out for window cleaning (we currently have enough on our plate!) and we’re looking forward to an easy experience. The very bad: the window cleaning technician broke two of our screens and got dirty water spots all over our carpet and indoor window sills as they didn’t lay down a tarp. They didn’t clean up their water spills at the base of the windows so I had to go around my house and clean my carpet and window sills. We paid for them to clean the screens too, and they didn’t, so someone had to come back to fix it. The annoying but not so bad: they missed multiple windows and every screen was put back on incorrectly- half falling off. This company caused us sooo much extra work and really botched the job. I now have to hire a carpet cleaner and my husband had to walk around fixing their mistakes, adding way more work to our plate! I would avoid. The manager won’t call me back either. Edit: the someone came to fix their mistakes and I was refunded for the service. I seemed to have had an inexperienced tech come to my home but the company has made it right with me. Hopefully others do not have the same experience."

"E-Z Window Cleaning out of Waukesha is amazing. We've used them for appx. 9 years and have never been disappointed but this week, they were amazing. I called to schedule our windows, screen and window sills to be cleaned and they fit me in the same week! The gentlemen who cleaned our windows was so sweet and professional, I couldn't speak more highly of him and of the work he did. Everything was perfect!"

"The company came out and gave me quote to clean my windows and gutters. I excepted the quote and scheduled the work. The young man who came to do the work was prompt and a bit early. I had good expectations. Unfortunately the work preformed did not meet my expectations, some of the windows are streaky, some they said we needed another service to clean those 3 windows but was never mentioned to me when quoted . Most of the windows the corners are still dirty. I was told they couldn’t clean my gutters because they didn’t have tall enough ladders. ( they came to my house to quote it, not enough attention to the details). They did credit the cleaning of the gutters. Would I recommend them?? I don’t think so"

"Wow! I just had my windows cleaned inside and out, including our sky lights, and I can’t wipe the smile off my face. They look fantastic! It’s a cloudy day outside, but so bright inside my house. He even cleaned the screens! Willie was our cleaner and he was courteous, friendly, skilled and professional. I’d highly recommend E-Z Windows Cleaning and Willie to anyone. I look forward to having them clean my windows again."
