"We started doing our laundry here recently. People must be washing animal items and after the cycle is completed the machines are not being wiped put. Our clothes have been covered in animal hair. We now know we need to wipe out the machines before using them if we continue using this location."

"i did not appreciate your employee trying to do her job while wearing her face covering around her neck. A mask is worthless unless it covers the nose and mouth. I did not appreciate her coming up to me, within 2 feet, talking loudly about having to clean out the lint filter of the dryer I was using. Social distancing is important. I did not appreciate her doing the same to other folks in the building, both of which are elderly. I did not appreciate her pushing back, by appearing to not understand me, when asked her to wear the mask correctly. I will not be back."
"Sadly, I'm disappointed. Went yesterday morning to do 2 big loads in their max washers & the place smelled awful & the floors were terribly dirty. Now when I first moved here in October & started coming it was always clean & well kept... But lately it seems like they've dropped the ball. On my next laundry trip I'll be checking the one on the south end of town."
