"Went here to get my smile teeth fixed. Talked me into a 6 tooth bridge. 4 extractions 2 root canals and the bridge. Paid $12,000 cash upfront. Months later they started sending me bills for more money.... it's been a few years the teeth holding the bridge broke and I went to a different dentist to get it fixed. Found out the 2 root canals weren't done. So now I get to pay for root canals I already paid cash for while I have a collection agency after me... I know some people don't understand what it's like going 25 years with some sort of pain in your mouth and having broken and chipped teeth. Then finally having a little extra money from selling your house and finally being able to get something done. Then they won't even start until you pay everything upfront. So you sell your car to get the extra $2000 but you're still happy because you can finally smile... just to find out years later you'll have to pay thousands more just to get it put back in. 2 root canals so they can build up the teeth to remount the bridge. While you get to spend months without any front teeth because you have to wait to get in everywhere... I doubt it's the same dentist he was extremely old... but still the same place."

"Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. Got me in on time. Dr Shea did a careful exam and offered me options. He was very personable and listened to my concerns and desires. They took my insurance and ran the proposed treatment plans through them. Easy to find location. Considering it was a dentist visit it was an enjoyable experience. LOL"
