"Great Marina, ok only Marina in Chetek. They've added a miscellaneous items store, prices are very high, apparently targeted only to tourist traffic. Nice having a local place to get that emergency boat part, whether a fuse for boat lights or boat oil filter"

"Have rented pontoons here for years great service. Bought a pontoon and have them service and store it for last 5 years have nothing but great things to say about Diane,Jim, and Katy"

"We were on vacation and the day we arrived our boat motor started giving us problems. We went to the Marina on Sunday and they gladly opened up the Service Department so I could get parts to fix it. The manager said if it is still not running to bring it back on Monday at 8am and they will squeeze it in and take a look and fix it right away seeing we are on vacation. By 1:30 the boat was done. The Service Department staff snd store staff was so helpful and amazing."

"We had a reservation 2 months in advance and we got there. They overbooked and gave us their last pontoon. It hasn’t been in the water since 2018, wasn’t ready when we got there, didn’t have enough seats for 8 adults and 2 kids. They knew we were coming because we had a reservation but called us and asked if we were still coming. Which seemed very unprofessional. Table in the pontoon was so dirty, seats were so dirty, and we had to wipe them down ourselves. The seat in the front of the pontoons back rest was so rotted that it fell off and when we told the worker he said “good luck”. The seat in the back of the pontoon was so sunken in that the child couldn’t even sit in it. The pontoon wasn’t even fully complete when we got there and they had to put a new battery in it, they had to add extra seats as well to accommodate everyone in our party. Will not be renting from here again. Edit: good customer service is not telling the customer good luck and walk away when the seat broke before we pulled out of the dock. The boat had no power steering and the gauges on the pontoon didn’t work. We had 8 adults which is what I said when we reserved the boat. We had two extra little kids ages 5 and 7. The boat was in the weeds as it wasn’t registered since 2018. The boat was so gross. Even with the extra seats we were given there still wasn’t enough seats for all of us and some of us had to sit on coolers. We also tried asking for help from the guy that brought the boat down but he left the other coworker there and walked away."

"We stopped on Chetek just for the day to do some fishing. Our 50HP Mercury experienced an issue while on the water. We made it to shore and went into town to the Marina. We explained the issue and the man working indicated it could be an oil line issue. Even though he was just, he took 5 minutes to look with my husband and found the issue instantly. My husband was able to go to the parts store across the street and purchase some hose line and get it corrected. We are so thankful this issue happened when we had kind, friendly and helpful people in Chetek to make things right for us. Highly recommend their services."
