"Have been buying rings from this place for 7 years for my wife. Never had an issue. Bought this one not even 60 days ago. And the metal is clearly pitted and the silver didn’t attach to it properly. My wife wore this for two weeks and it’s just bare metal. They won’t replace it. Lady at the place was extremely rude and said it was my wife who must have tarnished it and got something on it even though it was on her hand with five other Pandora rings some many years old with zero issues. Avoid this location. Waiting to hear back from customer service but they essentially lost thousands of dollars in future purchases by not making this one issue right."

"We visited on Sunday, January 28th, at approximately 2pm. My fiancé and I were stopping in to get my size and look at bracelets. After a brief wait at the counter, we were greeted by an associate. When she approached us, I explained that I needed to know my bracelet size. She looked at me and said “6.3”. I then asked if I could try on the 6.3. She put it on my wrist and it was too small. She then looked at me and said “never mind, 6.7” and turned and walked away. I asked her to please come back so I could try on a 6.7, and her response was “are you going to buy it?” I was so appalled and taken back by the fact that she wasn’t willing to let me try on a bracelet if I wasn’t going to buy it right then and there. She then rolled her eyes, grabbed the 6.7 bracelet, put it on my wrist and said “there.” Then she took it right back off and walked away without saying another word. I have never been treated this way at a retail establishment before, especially at a jewelry counter. This employee definitely should not be representing your brand, and I certainly hope she’s not the store manager. This is my first experience in a Pandora store, and with the Pandora brand, and needless to say it was not at all pleasant. I was made to feel I was not at all welcome."

"Beautiful products however pieces being sold are worn by multiple prospective buyers before sale. Therefore, not completely new. Poor/inadequate education/customer service provided on return policy at point of sale. Small print sign on return policy that is out of sight that you are expected to be able to read but is unrealistic and inaccessible to people with low vision/visual deficits. Asked for paper copy of return policy and was handed this sign to take a picture of. *Recommend browsing in (another) store, buying online, and reviewing their return policy online before buying."
