Chris Wilson from Mudjackers came out and spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue. Chris is a real pro; he did not waste my time with a sales pitch. He discussed what he felt the issue was and how his team could fix it. He was patient and answered every question I had for him. Chris came highly rated with good reason. Chris provided a detailed quote that same day. The Mudjackers team began the job the next day. Andy, Kinney, and Chris arrived on time and quickly went to work. "The Mudjackers completed a foundation repair in our home (helical piering, etc). They were recommended by a structural engineer we had out to consult. From the estimate to the job completion, they were an absolutely wonderful company to work with. Chris came out, gave a fair and complete estimate, and answered all of our questions prior to the job. (We had a lot of questions and he was patient and professional.) The crew arrived when planned and completed the work on time. These guys work hard. And, they were friendly and personable. They also were very mindful of concerns we had regarding dust and environmental/health issues that could occur with a job of this size. "Excellent communication from start to finish. Brenda on the phone was great. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with the estimate. Bob and his crew are work horses. Bob answered all of my questions and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I got at least 5 estimates from different companies and Chris was the only one who recommended fill dirt for the project. He told me upfront that there was another expense to this project separate from theirs. Honesty like that is rare and should be appreciated and awarded. We waited quite a while for this project and I am so relieved and thankful we went with the Mudjackers."

"EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this company! We have an outdoor fireplace in our hardscape and, after about 15 years, it started to lean away from the patio. Many companies wouldn't touch it, but this company came through. They inserted supports deep into the ground, poured a bigger slab and inserted an I-beam. Then they were able to level the fireplace beautifully....and permanently! They were on time, hard working, personable, and very knowledgable. No damage to the yard from heavy equipment - they were very respectful of our property. The owner was wonderful, too - fair price and explained everything thoroughly.
