"I've been to Waukesha Auto Repair twice now. The first time they did not solve my problem completely, leaving me to return not even 6 months later for the same problem but worse! They wanted to charge me to change the same belts AGAIN. I told them I would not pay since they should still be fine, so they eventually only charged me for labor. They also told me a part was just "missing" under my hood and charged me almost $60 to "replace" this. The man behind the counter was upset when I asked what the part was and said he "couldn't show me it was missing since it wasn't there" and didn't explain what the piece was. I took the bill to a mechanic and he'd never heard of the so called "missing part", so Waukesha Auto Repair likes to charge you for doing nothing to your car just to get a few extra bucks, hear me on this! I would not return here, nor would I recommend them."
