"Talented team of technicians at this joint. They do quality work, and they do it quickly. One thing I really admired was that they took pictures and shared them with you so you could see what THEY were seeing and actually have a proper discussion about how YOU’D like to proceed. I’m relatively new to dealing with this establishment but from what I can tell the owner is a man whom honors the core values and principles of both customer service and running a business in general. ..and that’s not so easy to come by these days. "This is a two part review. About two years back I took my car for an oil change. First they used regular oil instead of the synthetic oil. They redid the change. Then the technician locked himself out. He had to jimmy out the door and scratched the door. I have pictures attached. Ever since I have hesitated going back to this location. This last time I took my 2023 Pacifica which literally had only 500 miles to fix a leak. They patched the tire and later got a report that said the tire is cracking due to old age! Not even a week later the patch was leaking again. I had to take it to my dealer to get it fixed properly."
