"I first took my phone for broken screen repair to Greenfield, WI store on a Sunday at 12:05pm CT. Stood in line for 10 min to find out that my phone could not be serviced that day. Told to come back another day. A sign or general announcement to those waiting in line (probably 6 of us) would have been a better approach. Made an online appointment for Thursday 11-12pm at Waukesha, WI store. Received a call the next day to confirm my appointment and brand/model of phone. Technician was very pleasant and helpful. Went in on Thursday with again nice service. Happy with the Waukesha store."

"Jeremy at the Sunset location was great. My Z fold 5 had a issue with the fold screen cracked in the middle. A clear warranty issue. While T mobile manager was a zag. Jeremy helped immensely with Samsung claim. In the end he went above to help me. I really appreciated this."

"This place was amazing. We were at the AT&T store about 10 minutes from there and they sent us over to ubreakifix after talking to Jeremy over the phone. We got there around 6:30pm and they were closing at 7:00pm. They could have easily had us pick up the phone the following Monday but he fixed it and we had it at 6:59pm! I was extremely impressed and will recommend them to anyone that needs to get a device repaired or cleaned (phone, tablet, computer or gaming system). Thanks Jeremy! Great job."
