"Couldn’t believe how much dirt was sucked out of what we thought was our clean house. We have 2 dogs and we are always cleaning floors. After a demo of what those two loved ones leave behind on the floors, we wish we had the Kirby 20 years ago! A great engineered product. No tools needed, just twist and it mechanically latches. Simple as can be! Love it!"

"The salesman stopped by my house with the offer of a drawing. I wasn't interested but he was pushy so I made the mistake of entering the drawing with my phone number. He called saying I won a gift card and he would drop it off if I left a positive review on the website. Again, he was very pushy on the phone, even while I told him I didn't want the giftcard. I wasn't going to leave a negative review about the experience, but they sold my phone number to third parties and now I'm constantly getting phone calls, even late into the evenings."
