"Changed doctors on me ,3 times in 14months, unless I would be willing to drive to Shorewood, or Milwaukee,, and they won't keep a current refill on my prescription maintenance drugs, I have been on for 15 years.. avoid this clinic, when I called to get a refill today, they said my old doctor is in Shorewood..now, , can't help you, . Really, I just saw him 3 months ago..he can't update my prescriptions?? . Guess I'll go back to Aurora,, and she was also RUDE. ,bad day in Saukville,, ,must have been a cowboys fan."
"Super dissappionted that Dr. Bauer retired and gave no notice. That being said, the staff were/are always great and helpful, love 'em all. Not sure about the "new" nurse praticaner, Cheryl somthing. Am not a fan, got a new D.O. in Grafton."

"Sarah is so rude, probably shouldn't be in customer service. First antibiotic wasn't covered by insurance so when the pharmacy faxed the next option back they somehow didn't get it and I should call cedar mills because you guys don't keep track of where your staff is working. Saukville and Cedarburg Ascension don't seem to be competent these days. Don't work in healthcare if it's just a job and you don't care. Better places to make money and not make people's lives more miserable than they already are, thanks."
