"Nice little park with a great view and open from dawn to dusk ? Seasonal ? No restrooms but the trade-off being it doesn't attract as many "bad actors" as having a restroom and maintaining it might get expensive. I found it relaxing and the people at the park were friendly and welcoming."

"This is a nice enough park to take the kids to or to sit and relax, but don't count on getting any views from the site's good elevation. Surrounding houses block the views to the west and south, and even if they were clear, most of the benches in the park face inward. Still, it's in a nice development, and just might start you in the direction of moving there."
"Very nice little play area and a good sized grass area to run around in, too. As with most housing community parks, there is no bathroom, so plan on that. Plenty of sitting area, barbeque, water fountain. Nice little area."
