"Blue Moon Pools re-plastered our pool in Feb 2022 including replacing and installing all new pool equipment. They were awesome. However we have had two issues come up over a year after they did the work. The issues were with the pool equipment. I emailed Blue Moon Pools both times and they immediately took quick action to work with the manufactures directly, I did not have to lift a finger. Both issues got completely fixed and all at the direction of Blue Moon Pools. What absolute great service!!! I only wish I could give them 10 stars!!!"

"Blue Moon Pools just finished resurfacing (and adding LED lights to) our pool and jacuzzi in 4S Ranch. The pebble finish looks great! The job was commenced and finished according to schedule. There were no "surprises" with respect to payment terms or additional costs. John Virissimo was our Blue Moon contact person. John has at all times been available to answer questions regarding payment terms, choice of finishing materials and maintenance of the resurfaced pool. The Blue Moon team featured Ricardo (the demolition man), Mr. Cardona (plaster prep and polishing), Bernardo (plaster), Beto (mastic) and Josh (start-up. The project manager (Rick) and his team did a great job and we are very happy."

"During the process of changing out our pool and spa lights to LED fixtures, we found our spa light fixture line was pinched inside a copper line and the fixture could not be replaced. We hired a company to determine the path of the copper line underneath our pool deck, but unfortunately they could not determine where the line was pinched. We called many other companies who told us to call back later as they were too busy to undertake this project or they had no idea how to fix it. Even though Blue Moon pool was very busy with pool remodels, they came to our rescue and found a way to help us out. They quickly provided us with a reasonable estimate and put us on their schedule. Blue Moon promptly found where the exact pinch was located in the line, removed pieces of the flagstone pool deck, chiseled away concrete, and put the same flagstone they removed back, mixed concrete and placed it around the flagstone. It looked just like before, brand new. You would never have known a repair was made in the area. We have been thoroughly impressed with Richard, Manny, Mario, and Cynthia for keeping us informed every step of the way. Everyone was professional and performed superbly.  We will definitely call them again for any other pool help.  First Class!!"
