"I called and went inside to procure an alarm for my pool. I was told by one store that the other store had the alarm I need so I went across town to find out they didn’t have it when they said they did and on top of that they young dude in lakeside store tried to sell me a broken one. SMH"
"Low on stock and the lead gentleman/manager was clueless. Would not price match a retailer they blatantly advertise price matching against on their list at the counter. Entered my rewards number incorrectly which failed to record the purchase that would have led to $30 in rewards. Only come here if you need something immediately."
"Not sure if it's lack of knowledge or outright gouging, but...we have visited this store weekly for the past couple of months. We haven't been there yet without spending over $200 on products they recommended. They never seem to have the quantities of what they recommend, so we ended up buying smaller quantities at higher prices. The most glaring is that for 3 weeks straight, they told us we needed to add significant amounts dry acid, then told us we have too much acid in the pool. The pool hasn't been clean, clear or balanced the entire time we've been using Leslie's. We're not new pool owners and completely understand when and how to take pool samples. Switched pool supply stores, within one week, pool is perfect a balanced and haven't spent more than $100 every two weeks. I'm not a chemist, but results don't lie."
"Used before. Pool pump died. 2days I will have tech I used before "Brad" come to house check what pump I need. I'll be up and running by end of week . My home insurance AMERICA HOME SERVICES AHS took 10 days to send a tech to house ,gave me a estimate at least 2 weeks to fix my old inneficent pump, so forget it"
"The man and woman that own the store were incredibly patient and carefully walked us through every step we needed to do to repair our pool. They have lots of basic parts and have the ability to order other parts from their local warehouse"
