"We called a day before and they were able to get us scheduled the next morning. We were happy with how quick they were able to come. We did let them know that it was a very large storage unit with a lot of stuff. Unsure how communication got thrown out with that. We had Gustavo and Spencer. They both did seem very irritated with how much (we get it as my fiancé and I have moved all of this ourselves, and physically we were overwhelmed too). There were comments made that shouldn’t have been. Spencer worked his butt off like no other. He did most of it himself. Gustavo just had a careless attitude for some reason and didn’t do much. We did pay double the price quoted. The manager on the phone we had contacted about some problems didn’t seem to care at all so we’re just like whatever. 4/5 on Spencer and 1/5 on Gustavo"

"The movers arrived 2 hours after my quoted time. However, Top Notch Movers kept in contact to let me know what was going on. They ended up sending me a team with an extra mover at no extra charge. The movers: Xavier, Cameron & Gustavo were friendly & efficient. I would have given 5 stars but I had to deduct 1 because they were late."

"We hired Top Notch to pack our home in Madison. They forgot to label 50 boxes so we can't tell what is in any of the boxes. In addition, they didn't wrap breakable things or dishes in paper so I'm currently emailing them photos of everything that was broken. When they were scheduled to unpack our pods, they arrived very late and only one person showed up. I'd suggest using a better moving company."
