"One bad apple is all it takes. This Post office had provided years of great service. It still does -except for the single employee who seems to enjoy rejecting incoming mail out of spite. We have missed wedding invitations, important tax documents, packages, etc. Even if senders manage to follow her protocols exactly (which is not the standard address format, by the way) she may still return to sender, apparently for no reason at all. This specific employee even rejected a letter I was supposed to receive from the village chamber of commerce. Let that sink in for a second, I'm pretty sure they know my address. Dear Postmaster, your office has become genuinely unreliable as a result of this employee. After about a year or so of this, I finally broke down today and told someone to send mail to my work address instead of my home. Please correct this situation, and I will happily change this review to reflect the great work that the remainder of your office provides."

"I got divorced and forwarded my mail to my new address. However, I am still a mortgage holder of my property here. I came to get my mail from my PO Box and the desk woman wouldn't give it to me because of the forward. That's possibly okay. What made me irate is when my ex wife called me sobbing because the desk woman closed our PO Box and told her she wasn't a customer since I no longer live there. This is her primary address, and we both still own it with proof, which had been provided to them. This woman is unhinged and has repeatedly said things to me or within my earshot in the lobby that make me think she abuses this position for gossip and/or general harassment of other residents. I got no notice that my box was being closed. They don't deliver to their own street, which is why we had a PO Box in the first place. Someone else needs to apply for her job and they need to take whoever that is, because anybody else could do it better. She used to tell people how many packages I got and from where. The post office is actually a big factor in my departure from this town."

"Was told my package was delivered correctly but it wasn't so I'm just out $17, thanks a lot. Should have also told me what the place looked like where the delivery guy dropped it off. Will try not to use this post office again or recommend. Get your stuff sent to a different one."

"UPDATE: The current staff is wonderful. Haven't done a live survey in about a year, which is much appreciated. Keep up the good work! The customer at the front counter would not stop chit chatting and the postal worker did nothing to move the line along. Also, and much more irritating, was another postal worker standing 5 feet away by the door asking everyone who just got done at the counter to answer a satisfaction survey. This makes customers extremely uncomfortable, especially since the survey is being conducted within earshot of other customers as well as the postal worker we just encountered. If a live survey is necessary, the postal lady should be standing outside the main office door out by the lobby to conduct it. This is the second time this has happened while I was at this location and it makes me want to drive to the next post office which is 10 miles away just to avoid it. I would also like to mention that ever since the Mukwonogo office merged with East Troy, the service has gone downhill. We used to have 2 long time employees that worked the office, one male and one female, who were always very professional and courteous. They are no longer working here but have been replaced by a mostly rude group of people that always seems to be changing. One lady in particular, the one who was conducting both live surveys, is abrasive and unpleasant on a regular basis. It is too bad as this used to be a nice post office to frequent. I would like to note that I am a very regular customer who comes in for face to face business on a weekly basis. UPDATE: They have not repeated the in person survey and the customer service has improved. Still miss the original crew but am satisfied with service as of late. HATE that they are closed from 1:30pm-2:30pm. UPDATE: The live survey is back. You must realize people are almost never going to give an honest negative review in person. UPDATE: The current staff is wonderful. Haven't done a live survey in about a year, which is much appreciated. Keep up the good work!"

"Unfortunately the newer front desk lady is not a very friendly person at all. I was 15 minutes late to drop off a package this Saturday and I could hear her working in the back so I just knocked to see if she could take my package for me because it was pre-labeled (all she had to do was take it) and she was super rude and shouted NO were closed. I said I know and I’m sorry, i got here a little late do you think you could just take the package for me since it’s already labeled and she proceeded to tell me NO and to come back during business hours. It was so unkind, it was such a simple little thing she could’ve done to be nice but instead she decided to “not help someone out a little”. It’s sad how mean this world is becoming. I was able to track down a driver on their route and he kindly took care of it for me."
