"I ordered a large pizza, bread sticks and a pan of lasagna. I paid for the dinner with my credit card. The lasagna was not delivered. Miguel, the owner received my call and apologized promising to refund the $12.50 pan of lasagna. He never did. I came in tonight to order a pizza and claim the refund from the lasagna I bought and he never delivered. He offered me a $10 credit. I told him he needed to extend a $12.50 credit as he has my $12.50 from the lasagna I paid for and never received. Miguel said he would only refund $10. How does that make any sense? For this reason I will not purchase from his business anymore. I am a local and do not recommend Genoa pizza from a business whose owner knows he has cheated you however has no desire to make it right. If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to receive what you pay for then buy your Pizza from Barleys. Better pizza and only 2/3 the cost."
"Disclaimer: this was their first week open on a Friday. The order took a little longer than they said, we ordered the wings (Buffalo and habenaro) and the Genoa Pizza which was a little out of our comfort zone. Both were VERY good! GREAT personable kids working the pick up window. We will DEFINITELY return!"
"Good pizza and people are always friendly. East Troy on a Monday. Not much is open in regards to food. The rib place is closed. Sushi place closed, Chinese food closed, even the fast food drive-in that sells custard and hamburgers is closed. Nobody opens until Tuesday. Too bad. Pizza it is...I always enjoy the pizza deals at Genoa Pizza they have to offer. Their sausage on the CSMO is always tasty. It's a go-to pizza place. Limited dining space but you can dine in and have a beer."
"Genoa Pizza did not disappoint! I’ve never had good pizza in WI until now. Not only was it good, it was the best spinach pizza I’ve ever had anywhere. The only thing I’d change is to order it well done which is a personal preference. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely order from here. Delivery was prompt and pizza was reasonably priced."
