"My driver was scheduled to pick-up a load at 1:00 PM. He arrived and checked in at the shipping office at 12:30 PM. They gave him a dock door right away, but did not begin loading him after the second hour. We spent total of 3 hours at this place for 30 pallets of plastic caps. They are by appointment only. At check in they took a photo of the driver (not sure why they will need that) and you have to sit by the loading dock at the time of loading (cannot stay in truck). I was going to rate them with only 1 star, but decided to give them 2 stars because the people were friendly."
