I especially love that Adrian really made me perfect the basics before learning more. So many workout classes I've been to felt like I didn't really get the muscle memory because they were trying to teach new things every day. I also appreciate that I can bring my friends and Adrian meets them where they are at in their fitness journey. Totally non-judgemental and very professional. Cannot say enough about this place!"
