"A very nice venue for shows and performances. Seating is a nice size and comfortable. Well kept and maintained, with an appropriate amount of staff. Finding your seat is easy once you know the layout, however the staff was extremely helpful. Nice service area, but bar area seating was very limited to just a few tables. A large complex but fairly easy to navigate. Public parking structure about a block away but pricey. Would highly recommend this venue for a performance or show."

"Went here to see the Shen Yun 2024 production. It was fabulous and so was the theatre. Was a simple chic decor. Had a concession stand. Mostly sold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and popcorn. Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and ramps to get to certain places. The staff was helpful and attentive. No pets are allowed unless proven as a service or emotional support animal. Public Parking was a bit pricey but it is the downtown area. Overall a good experience."

"Saw Jerry Seinfeld here with my family. The lobby is very large so you never felt crammed. The theater is massive so it was great to have closer seats. The drinks were quite inexpensive for being at a theater/ show . About $8/9 for a mixed drink and $7/8 for a canned drink. Staff was helpful!"

"If you have disabled family or elders with you don’t spend your money at Miller High Life Theatre. We spent over $500 taking elders in your family for a once in a great while experience that we typically can’t afford. After the event we were waiting tor a member of our party to help with multiple elders (who had disabilities and needed significant help out). No sooner had the last able bodied person left the room than we were approached by security informing us we had to get our immediately so they could clean for other events. I explained I was just waiting for help for people with disabilities. I witnessed security then approach two other families (also waiting with elders in wheel chairs or walkers) and tell them the same. Because I waited two more minutes they told the head of security who told me to vacate immediately. This resulted in me having more disabled elders than hands while I waited for my family an apparently unacceptable five minutes to return from the restroom. They said a third time we had to get out immediately. They said why can’t you wait in the lobby. We had elders tripping all over because we didn’t have help. When we got to the lobby guess what we waited for the crowd to clear so we wouldn’t be mowed over. We were immediately told to get out of the lobby as they had another show. So when we waited in the lobby as “security” asked we were also unceremoniously thrown out. I wasn’t a rude person waiting in line for Starbucks. I was waiting for help with two severely disabled elders. No help was offered at any point just instructions to get out and get out again. All for $500. Save your money and disabled elders dignity go to free Christmas lights. If you want to see a show the rep, renaissance, or Marcus have all been good to us. Never never again will we go to Miller High Life Theatre. Seriously maybe be decent to disabled elders. It’s not like we had kids running through the aisles."
