"Pairfection is a great option for your wedding caterer! They really take the time to help you build the perfect menu for your guests and are very accommodating to gluten allergies, kids meals, vegetarian meals, etc. We had nothing but great compliments on our food from our guests. They will do everything from setting the tables, filling the water goblets, provide dessert tableware, and excuse tables if you do a buffet style. Everyone who worked our wedding was just lovely. Special shout out to Jeff for helping us with everything and answering all my questions!"

I was so grateful to have come across Pairfection Catering. They were so great in helping us pick out an amazing meal for our wedding. I was so happy with the experience we chose them to cater our rehearsal dinner as well at Radisson hotel river falls. Their restaurant Juniors is also within the hotel so they basically fed us our whole wedding weekend! The food was so tasty and Heidi was so great to work with. For our rehearsal dinner we had a Tex Mex buffet. For dinner we did buffet style bone in rosemary chicken, usda 6oz steak with demi glace, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and green bean almondine."

"Working with Pairfection for our wedding reception was easy. We needed gluten free dishes, and this need was easy to accommodate for appetizers, entrees, and sides. We loved the apple cider pork chops and rosemary chicken, and so did our guests! The food was plated tastefully, it tasted delicious, and the portions were filling. Small town prices are a plus, too, especially when feeding a large crowd!"

"Pairfection Catering was amazing to work with! We had a special request to use our own beef from my husband's family farm and they created us a perfect carving station that fit our day to a tee. Our guests are still raving about the beef and also the Champagne Chicken. They also made sure that certain menu items were completely gluten and nut free for some of our family members. Heidi was great to work with. So quick to respond to all my questions and requests via email. Even though we had a buffet only, they made a special Vegetarian meal for one of my bridesmaids without me even requesting it! My bridesmaid was so excited and it showed how they go above and beyond to make our big day special."
