"Went for my first time today and it will be my last. Very rude people. Wasn't allowed to look at the menu. Got my order wrong. Rolled their eyes when I corrected them. Manger came in with a disrespectful attitude when she was expected to fix it. I will never go there again."
"Went through drive-thru to pick up an order as we were in a hurry and it was great that no one else was in line. Until, we got our order and everything was wrong. Had a drink that was iced instead of hot, had a sandwich with bacon instead of sausage. And apple fritters instead of coffee rolls. Everything was made wrong. Went inside to have my order fixed and was met with a passive aggressive red haired woman who didn't seem to care and looked like she was on something. Took more time to remake the order than to have everything right the first time with no one else being there too."
"Donuts seem like day old. We’ve only tried them twice, but both times they seemed kind of hard and dry. Like day old. Great selection and service, just disappointed donuts don’t taste fresh. We used drive through, so had very little contact with employees, but they were great!"
"Don’t order the nitro cold brew. I’ve ordered it several times and each time I end up with half of a coffee after it settles and when I ask them to top it off they say it’ll settle and fill. It’s disappointing paying $5 for half of a coffee. Learn how to pour nitro!"
"I love Dunkin's. Unfortunately one of the orders I had was needing less cream than the the pump is set on. In stead of dumping the coffee to add more the 1st time. She became completely aggravated. Willing to complain to me about the cream amount but not able to problem solve. I tried to advise emptying some cream and add coffee. The third time I watched as she added coffee to the cream dumped coffee out repeatedly. I felt sad, my order frustrated her so entensely & wished her a good day. Our second order was disgusting quoted by my son-in-law."
