"The experience that we had with this restaurant was not good. Placed our order online and didn't realize that we were overcharged for our order until I got the order to our apartment. I called the location and was told that they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order. I was told to call the corporate office. I called and left a message and got called back the next day. The only way that it was dealt with was a $3 refund for overcharge. Really didn't solve anything."
"After placing an online order, we picked up and said "thank you". An employee said "thank me by going somewhere else." As a local and a regular, I will not go there again based on that terrible customer service. We regularly place orders here and have (even this trip) tipped over 20% every time. I revoked my tipped after the comment. Terrible customer service. Hire better."
