"Second time I had a package go missing.looked at the picture they took and it was not even my apartment,they delivered to the wrong address and in Baldwin...so enraged 1 item was the last one and they dropped it off at the wrong address.Don't bother using ups. This location should take disciplinary action towards employees that can't do the job correctly."

"Did a road test to drive for UPS. After waiting outside for 30 minutes in the rain someone finally answered the door. A lady with no UPS identifying badge or clothing finally came out and sat on her phone the whole time, explained nothing, and kept forgetting to tell me where to turn. Absolutely horrible hiring experience and I cancelled my application immediately afterwards. Now they won't stop calling me trying to get me to give them another chance. It would actually be funny if they hadn't wasted so much of my time. 0/10, do not recommend."

"I have repeatedly had problems with packages going missing (about 30% of them) that have been shipped via UPS. They claim they’ve been delivered to my home in Star Prairie however the tracking never goes beyond Baldwin and my packages never turn up. All I get is a vague apology, nevermind the loss of my goods, money, time, and mind as I go crazy trying to hunt down a package that every other delivery service seems able to bring me without issue."

"A $1,000 purse and designer glasses delivered to the WRONG address. All I got was a “I’m sorry”. Super awesome. Maybe you guys should pay attention to where you are delivering customer items, pay attention to all the zero star rating, and just do better! How hard is it to deliver stuff to a address?"
