"It’s has a perfect typical Indian Dhaba vibe. Food is very close to the home cooked style. Super delicious and the best part is they can customize it to the traditional pallet upon request. Must try are Dal Makhani, Butter chicken, Chicken Karahi, mushroom matar, paneer kadhai"
"We had heard about an Indian restaurant in Baldwin, so we checked it out when we were in the area. It's inside the convenience store/truck stop, and not well advertised. Go in the front entrance of the convenience store (entrance facing the gas pumps), and look left, and there you are. We were pleased with the flavors and size of the servings, and had small samples of a couple of selections since we aren't educated on Indian cuisine. Other options include Mexican or chicken. Seved on disposable plates at simple (but clean) tables. We took enough home for another lunch. We'll be back!!"
"So, pretty good! Not near the greatest Indian food I've had, but I'd eat here again. They give you a lot, the curries were creamy and had good taste. Their garlic Naan was fantastic. Really crispy! I wouldn't get the mango lassie again. It was kind of bland. I had their buffet special today: two curries, basmati rice, and Naan for $16. Mango lassie was $5. The two curries pictured are butter chicken and spinach chicken curry."
"Daal Makhani was bangin! Best I've had outside of India itself. Lentils had a super fresh flavor. In the gas station food court! Limited signage outside. Clean eating area for a gas station! And, affordable. Food was clean and quick... only about a 10 min wait. Definitely worth a quick stop if you're passing by!"
