"Delivery truck dumped fluid all over a 4 ft area on our driveway. I have emailed and called for almost 2 months to get this cleaned up. No response no reply. No help. Horrible Service."

"Aside from the lady lookin like she hates her life every time i drop packages off at the post office , i've finally had enough skipped package pick ups to leave a review. I had a pick up scheduled thur for 3 packages and another one fri for two. i was out of town. i just got back sun to find all my packages still sitting here. I have reminders going off to ship said items, i have customers messaging me asking why they haven't shipped. To skip them all together two days in a row is just lazy. not to mention this has probably happen a dozen times."

"Someone decided to jam my 100$ textbook into my mailbox. Bending the side of the mailbox and dislocating it from a support screw on the post. My textbook is damaged and my mailbox is now holding on by 1 screw. Tried calling and was told my wait time was between 43 minutes and an hour and 50 minutes. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. I am betting there will be no compensation for the damage done to my mailbox or my textbook. This is a crime. Update: the Hudson USPS did nothing about my mailbox or my textbook. The CS rep stopped responding to my emails. This weekend the Hudson USPS driver decided to fold my graduation cap and gown in half and stuff it into my mailbox. If you’ve ever seen a standard size mailbox and a graduation cap, you’ll know that the only way to get the cap into the box is to fold it in half. Which means that the Hudson USPS driver held the package in their hands, knowing that it probably should not be creased, thought to themselves “to hell with this persons mail, it’s not mine, why should I care?” And crammed it into the mailbox because they couldn’t be bothered to get out of their cart and walk it to the door. THIS BLATANT DISRESPECT NEEDS TO STOP"

"Terrible service. Always stuffing packages that don't fit into my mailbox, causing a whole entire glass vase to break. We get our neighbors mail, and who knows if they have gotten our mail as well. Not to mention in the winter when there is barely any snow in front of my mailbox and they leave a complaint (I'm guessing this is because they are lazy.) Not only this, they run over my bright orange driveway reflectors each winter without fail. Overall, terrible service."

"Best post office I have ever worked with. They are so caring! They pick up and drop off my mail in a timely fashion and they always have a smile while doing so. Every delivery person is so kind. I handle a small business so it means a lot to have them help out. They go above and beyond. They even give treats to my pup! Thank you for your service!"
