"This isn't anything against 5 guys, but this location specifically. Every other locations make delicious smash burgers. Both times I've eaten at this location I've gotten grey undercooked meat with pink in the middle. Burger so greasy the bread is mush and inedible. First time I got a refund. This time I just walked out after two bites of that horrid mess. A huge waste of money."
"Waaaayyy over priced. Honestly, I don't understand the hype over this chain. I can't say anything bad about the food. The burgers are pretty good, and the fries are ok, but seriously, how can you charge that much? If it was a gourmet burger at a nice sit down, ok, I get it. But this is a fast food joint. There is nothing gourmet about it."
"The burger was good but the fries were not crispy at all and had not much salt either, so overall I did not like them. It came out to be super expensive too. With only 3 burgers, 1 large fries and 2 drinks we spent $47..a little overpriced for the quality of the food."
