"I had them move for me in August. DO NOT USE THEM. They damaged wood furniture. Put huge scratches in my newly resurfaced floors. They didn’t put together basement racks correctly. The more I unpack the more damaged items I find."

"We scheduled a move about a month ahead of time. Day of, manager calls to say that one of the movers had experienced a medical issue, they would be late, and if they couldn't come today, could they come tomorrow? No problem. Not ideal since we're already packed, but stuff happens. Later that day, someone else (not a manager) calls back to ask if we can delay until during the week. I respond that no, we cannot really do that because we are fully packed and have jobs. They tell me that they'll see what they can do, but I should get a different mover and they'll give me a refund. Again, not ideal since it was Saturday, later in the day, and a holiday weekend, so most companies wouldn't even be open for another three days. Asked why the manager wasn't the one to call me back to talk to me about it, and as of yet I still haven't heard back from him. We ended up booking a uhaul for the next day and started moving boxes over. Sometime around 11pm, I get an email telling me that it was rebooked for the next day. We canceled the uhaul and hoped for the best, despite being a little uncertain with the lack of call. To the credit of the company, they did show up the next day with four movers in pretty aggressive heat and got the job done. The individual movers all seemed polite and professional. However, during the move, they broke a jewelery armoire and never really mentioned it. They also left trash and supplies in the lobby of our old building. We called them to have them come collect their things, but, again the manager would not return our calls. Finally, they told us that they couldn't move our tv because they didn't have a box for it since it wasn't on their list. I pulled up the quote to verify that the accurate number of tvs with the accurate sizes were included in the quote, but the only thing that they were able to offer was "we'll move it, but it's not at all our fault if we break it." Again, to their credit, the TV made it here in one piece. There were a couple of other issues, but they are either not worth speaking about or I can't prove, so I'll leave it there."
