"On Oct 11 at oproximetley 1330 This driver blew the stop sign at the end of the ramp (I- 78 overpass &PA Route183...I had to do a panic brake in order to avoid hitting her...it was a female driver. Total disregard for traffic signs and other motorists. Photos were taken at the next traffic signal."
"Place is a sheeiiit show. Got to the dock at 3:30 and its 8:30 now and I'm just starting to see life around the trailers. Call and ask status and greeted with a worker who obviously hates her job and she says 30 more mins which turns into another hour + still here as I type this one star review"
"Was dropping off a pallet load, everyone was nice and helpful including the forklift driver. Had to wait a minute for the manager to make sure I had packaged it properly but he was a nice guy too. Dealt with a lot of terminals and it is the flip of a coin if you will get good customer service and this went smoothly. Update: I just shipped with them again 2 weeks later and had another great experience, everyone here was great including the customer service on the phone to see what time the dock was open until. Updated review, unfortunately they turned away our small pallet that we drove over 1 hour to drop off, must be a different dock drop-off manager but very rude and we will never do business with them again. Go with YRC FREIGHT they will take better care of you and price was actually cheaper through YRC"
"If it was possible to have ZERO stars then I would put it. My truck got there at 10 am and he called back to see if his trailer was getting loaded and it was 3pm so total 5 hours and still nothing was done from it. Pulled my truck off the load. Definitely not going to have my truck wait all day for this UNPROFESSIONAL company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SEND A TRUCK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!"
