"I must give this UPS store praise. They were asked to print and bind my life’s work for the past ten years. My trilogy, a three-part novel, was more than 1200 pages. It would be a cumbersome project. Their price beat all the printing websites online. The work came out beautifully, and I was not only proud of my accomplishment but I was proud of how my manuscript looked. This UPS is run by consummate professionals. This is one of the best UPS stores I have encountered anywhere in all my meandering throughout the United States. Wait times are almost nonexistent because they have several people working. These employees know what they’re doing, are smart and helpful. Parking is easy, and someone even comes to help with the door when packages are cumbersome. I’m thankful Walker’s Point has such a great and convenient UPS Store."

"Hands down the best UPS store I have ever been to. They are excellent with their customer service, their operational standards, and the quality of the all their services are really felt. They also do a tremendous amount of printing: everything from flyers, banners, and business cards to outdoor signs, canvas pictures and even festival banners! I was really blown away with the quality of all the print work; (I have previously only used UPS stores for shipping). What was the most impressive of all was the level of care that their staff put into each of their print jobs. While waiting in line to make my returns, I could overhear the staff nitpicking the quality of their own work to ensure perfection and it was really refreshing to see that they really really care about the quality that they are selling to their customers. Keep up the great work and thank you for being a great asset to the neighborhood!"
