"Absolutely horrible. My package never made it into UPS tracking so either this store lost the package or UPS did. I filed a claim and UPS has paid this store who so far, has not paid me. It’s the old, “check’s in the mail.” When complaining that I am out my coat and never got paid the insurance, the owner of this franchise actually called me a “Narcissistic Pessimist.” Customer service at its finest. Chose another UPS location or use USPS or FedEx. I’ll give it 2 more weeks and then it goes to my attorney."
"I had the same experience regarding the notary. I had used them the week before. Also, I called ahead and was told he would be there all day. When I arrived both the owner and employee very rudely told me there was no notary and to check Brown Deer whom I called and they hung up on me. Mequon city hall has free notary service all day."
