"Our tax prep guy, to me felt like you did not know what he was doing, we had an appointment at 9:00 and had to come back at 2:00 because he didn't know what he was doing. Did not offer any of the benefits of doing your taxes at h&r block like the rapid refunds, I specifically told him I wanted the refund, and he totally ignored it, I will not be going back to that h&r block again!"
