"Oh wow. Where do I begin. I called Lisa and set up an appt for her to do my taxes and some bookkeeping. I was very stressed out and she helped me to feel calm after speaking with me. She even got religious and started preaching Jesus to me. Which is fine. She claims to give you peace of mind. She was going to handle my taxes and that was that. That was in April. It is now September and I have heard from her once. I spent hours itemizing and prepping my taxes to be done. I am a single mother, so I don’t have a ton of time on my hands. She has completely disappeared. I have no idea what happened. I called her maybe 1.5 months ago and she answered on the first ring. I was surprised! I asked her about my taxes, and if she wanted me to find someone else if it was too much for her. She said no, and that she had them in front of her and was starting them that day. I have yet to hear from her. I have sent several Emails and called and have left several voice messages. She has completely left me in the dark. I found someone else to hopefully catch me up on everything before the deadline and I asked Lisa desperately for my documents. She is still not answering and refusing to give me access to my documents. It’s very odd. I would not recommend her services. I am a professional organizer, and when I went into her office, I was shocked at the state of it. Total violation of HIPAA all over the place. I offered my services to her for free because I could tell perhaps she was a little bit stressed out. She said she would take me up on it but I still have not heard anything. I’m not really sure what type of business she is running but I don’t think it’s taxes or bookkeeping. I would not recommend this business with any of your taxes are bookkeeping needs."
