"Why every time I'm here there is only ONE cashier helping a huge line? And the manager came up to help the cashier with something, saw the huge line AND WALKED AWAY. I waited in line for 20+ minutes! People left the line and walked out of the store! The manager definitely should have jumped in and helped get the line down. 2 thumbs down."

"Good store for all sorts of arts and crafts projects. There is not many employees however, so might take time to find what you're looking for. Also products that may show as available in-store on their website may NOT actually be available in store. Would recommend calling first to see if they have what you need if it's not too common."

"Thank you to the heroes at Joann Fabrics in Thousand Oaks. I was able to order online (it showed that the item I needed was in the store) and pay online, and then they send me an email a couple days later when it was ready for pickup. I called when I was parked at the curb and they brought my purchase to my car. Thank you for staying open for all the dedicated mask makers during the coronvirus shutdown!"

"Stuff is stacked everywhere and not well organized. Prices are not clearly marked giving you a choice of getting in a long line to do a price check or the impossible task of finding an employee to check the prices. The employees are great, the issue is they store does not have enough of them working and the cashier lines are super duper long. Overall: The wife loves this place. For me it’s like a root canal that won’t end."
