"Had a flood in our kitchen November 11, 2022. It is now April 12, 2023. They gutted our kitchen and other areas that I am not sure even needed to be "repaired". They left us with no walls in between our garage and kitchen for weeks! We should have known then that this was going to be a negative experience. We are still waiting on completion of our kitchen and carpet repair. Our contractor is now ghosting us. I do not recommend this company. There is no one to call about this as we keep getting referred to the contractor who is not doing his job. He has not been back to the job site for months, and does not respond to our messages in a timely fashion, or at all in some cases. The cabinets and flooring are beautiful, however, we could have picked those out and had them installed by home depot in MUCH less than 5 months. Really glad we opted not to pay for the entire job up front."
