DG Heating & Air Conditioning

"I want to award FIVE STARS to DG Heating & Air Conditioning. 1 1/2 yrs or so ago they rescued me from a previous awful installation by another company. It was a terrible install and almost set my house on fire. DG installed a new unit but didn't stop there. They upgraded all the incorrectly or ailing ancillary components of the system for a fair price and the new unit performed well. But when the thermostat was declared faulty this past month by a PG&E tech, I called DG to come out again to inspect the system They did more than that: changed the thermostat, found other defective parts on the main unit, and everything they did seemed to be right, all for NO CHARGE on warranty. A few days later the unit was not performing and Chance (their tech) came back out again and found a loose wire in the new thermostat, which he quickly replaced. The system immediately began running properly. I can't say enough good things about DG, their sheduler, and Chance. Don't waste your money and time on others. Call DG and have it done correctly and also rest assured they will back up their work quickly and professionally. We should have more companies like DG. Honest, effective, competent, and ethical."

"This rating is from the Order of Malta Western Association in Menlo Park. Our heater went down, and we called these guys to come out. Not only did they take care of us right away, and solve our problem, they even had a tech named Chance, who stopped by on his own, to see how the heater was working. THAT customer service right speaks volumes! Thank you, Marian, for having your amazing crew come out to help us. We will be coming back! Very honest and reliable."

"Furnace pilot light was out and since it was installed a few years ago by DG, I called them for service. Brandon came and he fixed the issue quickly, and explained things clearly. Overall happy with the service. It's worth mentioning that the installation (also remove the old style one) a few years ago was not an easy job, they had to open up the floor to remove the old one (installed in crawlspace) and also put exhaust pipe through roof. All was done in one day, with permit issued."

"Our furnace stopped working a few weeks ago. DG sent Brandon out after a first visit didn't resolve the issue. Brandon just left from his latest visit and I think our problem is finally solved! It turned out to be a complex issue, requiring troubleshooting several factors/components that were interrelated: the last being a bad controller board. Throughout the process Brandon was punctual, professional, courteous and very competent, explaining what he was doing and how the furnace components work together (when I asked). It was a pleasure watching him work and interacting with him. Thank you, Brandon, for helping us get our furnace working so that we have heat for our guests over the holidays!! I also appreciated working with the office assistant in making the appointments and coordinating job bids. I was always kept informed throughout the process. One of the owners, John, was also helpful and highly professional when we were discussing a new furnace; he listened and wanted to provide what we wanted rather than just selling us the most expensive model. I will definitely use DG Heating and AC in the future and highly recommend them for any of your Heating/AC needs!"
