"I recently had a disappointing experience with iPhone Clinic. Firstly, I found their services to be excessively pricey, especially considering the quality of workmanship. Additionally, they took an unreasonably long time—almost a week—to replace the screen of my phone. What was particularly frustrating was their lack of communication. Throughout the entire process, I was left in the dark as they failed to provide any updates on the status of my device. Instead, I had to take the initiative to call them every day for an update, only to be met with the same excuse: they were waiting for the necessary supply to arrive. Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service and communication provided by iPhone Clinic. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking timely and transparent phone repairs."

"There are not enough good things to say about iPhone Clinic! They are professional, timely, kind, and truly know what they are talking about when it comes to repairs. I have been there twice now (two different phones over the years), and both times, I left feeling so happy and relieved. First of all, they will NOT try to squeeze out all the money they possibly can from you. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, and he was beyond respectful of the fact that I was on a budget. I was in and out before I knew it, and we even had a few laughs while he was working on my phone! I would recommend this place to my mom, best friend, and every single person I know. If I ever need service on a device again, I won’t even consider going somewhere else. 6 out of 5 stars. You will not be disappointed!!!"
